The incident occurred shortly after midnight on March 7 along Margarita Lane, according to officials with the Texas Department of Public Safety.

Investigators say a passenger vehicle traveling east reportedly failed to control its speed before slamming into a parked SUV outside a residence. The impact pushed the SUV into additional parked vehicles, creating a chain reaction that quickly turned the quiet neighborhood into a major emergency scene.
